Behind the Cookie

I started baking cookies with my grandma when I was about 4 or 5 years old. I remember always looking in her cupboards to see if there was any chocolate chips, or my favorite -butterscotch chips. When there wasn't any chips I knew I could always count on a good old "sugar cookie". I don't have any professional training or schooling, but I do know a good cookie when I see one.

Several years ago, I was searching for the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe & I just couldn't find what I was looking for. So I decided to make my own. I started tweaking & changing different recipes until I ended up with what I could consider the perfect chocolate chunk cookie. I never thought it would be a business or something anyone other than family would have. This food truck is a dream come true & sometimes I still have to pinch myself.
